Need Help Logging In to ListVUe™?

Q: Why can't I log in?
A: There are several possibilities why you may not be able to log in.
  • If you have never logged into the ListVUe application before, first be certain you are accurately entering the username and password values you were provided with your ListVUe license confirmation. Log-in values are Case Sensitive, and sometimes the number zero looks like the letter "O".

  • If you are still having difficulty, there is a possibility that settings on your browser, your computer, or your organization's network (such as security 'firewalls') may be preventing you from successful log-in. There are known issues with certain combinations of these factors, particularly if you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

  • One possible solution is to access ListVUe using a different web browser. The Firefox web browser, which is web-standards-compliant and has excellent security features, is available as a free download for all major operating systems [Windows, Mac, Unix, etc.] and installs easily.

  • If you have successfully logged in before but are now having difficulty, check first to see if you are already (still) logged in from another session. This may prevent your log-in from working properly. (Typically, quitting your web browser and re-launching it will rectify this; you may need to wait a few minutes for the ListVUe application to "time-out" your previous session.)

  • If you are not currently logged in, it may be that your license period has expired. Your log-in account is disabled upon the expiration of your license. Your license may be renewed by clicking the Upgrade or Renew option on the Licensing Plans page of this website and renewing your subscription.

  • The maximum number of authorized, simultaneous users for your organization may already be logged on. For business users, you may increase the number of authorized, simultaneous users permitted by clicking the Upgrade or Renew option on the Licensing Plans page of this website and purchasing additional "seat" licenses. Note that any additional seat licenses you buy will be prorated and will expire at the same time as your primary business license expires.
There are other reasons why a log-in account may be disabled. If you have verified that it is not caused by one of the reasons described above, please use the Contact Us form on this website to let us know. Please be specific about the nature of your difficulty and be sure to provide us with your contact information so that we may efficiently address your problem.

Q: I know that I logged in. Now it's asking me to log in again. Why?
A: For security purposes, your log-in information expires after a certain period of inactivity.
