Q: When I just logged-in to ListVUe, I received a pop-up notice that my license is about to expire. What should I do?
A: As you near the end of your license period, we will remind you via these notices that it is time to renew your license. Simply notify your system administrator (or whoever on your team originally contracted for your ListVUe license) to choose the Upgrade or Renew option within the Licensing Plans area of this website, where license renewal can be done online, easily and quickly.

Q: I would like to license ListVUe for my organization, but I am unclear about which licensing plan to choose.
A: If you are a non-profit academic institution (public or private), you may license ListVUe on an annual basis under our "Academic" license. This license typically provides you with twenty-five (25) simultaneous log-in accounts to use the ListVUe online tool (i.e., up to 25 individuals on different Internet-enabled computers may access ListVUe at the same time).

Please note that public academic institutions are not considered governmental agencies.
They are licensed under our "Academic" license program.

If you are a business or other non-governmental, non-academic organization, you may license ListVUe on an annual basis under our Business license. This license provides you with five (5) simultaneous log-in accounts to use the ListVUe online tool (i.e., up to five individuals on different Internet-enabled computers may access ListVUe at the same time). Additional simultaneous log-in accounts may be acquired on an a'la carte basis for the same license period.

If you are a governmental agency or department, ListVUe may be licensed under a customized license arrangement. Please provide the initial licensee information under the by choosing the Purchase New License option in the Licensing Plans area of this website and a ListVUe representative will contact you to determine your agency's specific requirements in order to design a license plan tailored to your needs.

If you have not previously licensed ListVUe, you may apply for the applicable license for your organization (as described above) by Purchase New License option in the Licensing Plans area of this website.

You may also renew or upgrade your current or previous ListVUe license from this website. Please visit the Upgrade or Renew option in the Licensing Plans area of this website for complete information.
